Returns and Refund Policy

At Warmies. we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is hassle-free. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy.

Returns

1. Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Personalized and custom-made products.
    • Intimate or sanitary goods.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Gift cards.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@warmies.us.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. In the case of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

1. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Approved Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges Or Damage Products:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.
  • If you receive damaged products, immediately contact us, provide detailed information about the damage with photos, and request a replacement or refund, make sure to keep the original packaging and damaged item as evidence, and depending on the situation.
